The client/property owners agree to allow Blevins Pro Wash LLC employees on to the property to complete the scheduled work.
Services should be completed in the timeframe given unless unforeseen circumstances prohibit the work from being done on the
scheduled day in which case the service will be rescheduled to the next possible day available.
The client/property owners agree to allow Blevins Pro Wash LLC employees to have access to water via an outdoor water spigot.
If the property utilizes well water the client will need to inform Blevins Pro Wash LLC in advance, arrangements may be made in that scenario that could possibly affect pricing.
Blevins Pro Wash LLC utilizes pressure washers as well as different chemical cleaning agents. With this there are risks for possible damage on the property. Our employees are trained to safely provide our services while limiting risk for damage as much as possible. It is the client/ property owners responsibility to make sure that the property is properly maintained and free from defects that could result in damage after our services have been provided. The customer assumes responsibility from damage due to lack of maintenance or previous damages.
Prior to the work beginning a technician will do a walk around inspection of the property to try to address any problems in advance. This inspection is not all encompassing, some pre existing damages may be noticed while surfaces are being cleaned, if this occurs technicians will stop work and address the issue.
The customer understands that blemishes, flaws, or oxidation on the siding might become more noticeable after the cleaning process. Vinyl siding that has experienced long term sun exposure is susceptible to oxidation. Oxidation appears as a chalky white powder on siding and gives the siding a dull flat appearance.
Blevins Pro Wash LLC has permission to take pictures or videos from the property to use in content for social media and marketing. The client agrees not to seek action in a civil court of law regarding the development, display, reproduction, or printing of the images or videos captured.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed by the customer and Blevins Pro Wash LLC in writing.
By accepting the estimate, the property owner is agreeing to the above-mentioned terms and conditions. This serves as a legal binding agreement to help protect both the property owner and Blevins Pro Wash LLC. The services provided by Blevins Pro Wash LLC are subject to these terms, these terms may be updated at any time without notice. The customer authorizes the work scheduled as discussed when the estimate was given. The customer releases Blevins Pro Wash LLC of responsibility of any property damages unless a result of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
